Pen And Ink Drawing (Final Draft): Using a ballpoint pen, I scribble-drew a cat (and made sure to shade some). From this project, I learned that scribbling doesn't necessarily mean "messy" or "untidy," there can be plenty of detail in there too. I also learned how to shade without being able to use how hard I press on the page like I normally would with a pencil. A few art elements used here are shapes, lines, value, and space, which all created design elements of balance. I achieved this using shading as well as using the elements of lines to create a wall/ background for the object. I really wanted to draw a cat because I've done enough dogs recently and I wanted to show some love to my cat Tyrion Lannispurr (ha ha ha, I know. I'm a nerd).
